William Miller’s 2020 has been insane, but for good reasons. Like others around the world, Miller’s year has been greatly affected by COVID-19. However, it is not because he contracted the virus. Miller’s company, ICT International, is on the frontline in the battle against the deadly disease. ICT International develops tests to diagnose deadly viruses and in 2020, after the spread of the deadly pandemic, created a test for COVID-19.
